Jockeys hurt, horse breaks shoulder in race tumble

Headturners take to the stage in the millinery stakes at the Morven annual races.

TWO JOCKEYS were injured and a horse had to be put down as a result of a prang in the second race at the annual race meeting. Lothbrok, ridden by Cheryl Rogers, and Better Offer, with John Rudd on board, fell at the bend, 200m into the 1000m benchmark 50 handicap.
